For me, Autobiography of a Yogi was the first convincing evidence that long-term commitment to disciplined practice could lead to powers and abilities far beyond those most of us ever attain. Years after acne reading the book, I found great enjoyment in the unabridged audiotape version narrated by Ben Kingsley.
